Casino Queen is located in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front Street. There are one hundred and fifty rooms and 7 suites close-at-hand at the gambling hall. The gambling den covers27,500 sq.ft. and presents many highlights. Besides gambling, Casino Queen provides a 2,500 passenger river boat, a 140 space Winnebagotm park and simple access to MetroLink light-rail station.
