Gaming supervisors administer gaming operations and workers in an assigned area. Circulating among the tables, they see that all stations and games are attended to for each shift. Gaming supervisors must have clear leadership qualities and great communication skills. No matter their their educational background, however, most supervisors gain expertise in other betting jobs before moving into supervisory areas because an understanding of games and casino operations is essential for these workers.
